Samples
Random samples from our catalog at reasonable quantities are typically no charge. Please provide a shipper number (we do not ship via FedEx Ground) to use from our 90302 warehouse.
Spec Sample charges are product specific, please call for details.
Artwork
We prefer artwork in an Adobe Illustrator (.ai or .eps) format. All fonts/ typefaces outlined and in vector format. Adobe Photoshop (raster) art for process jobs should be a minimum of 300 dpi. Art with halftones are subject to review and approval. Submit art to artwork@sourceabroad.com and include P.O. # and contact information. Artwork larger than 7MB should be sent via YouSendIt, CD or made available for download on an FTP.
Shippping & Storage
All prices shown in catalog are F.O.B. Los Angeles, CA
Up to three Drop Ships from 90302 are at no charge, each additional $5 (Z) per location.
Storage charges of $5 per pallet per day will begin after the 5th business day of availability unless alternate agreement has been made in advance.
We are not responsible for carriers delays, damage or failures after departure from our dock.
Shipping weights are approximate and do not take into consideration volume weight.
Overruns/ Underruns
Every effort is made to ship exact, however unless specified in advance on the PO we reserve the right to ship up to 5% (7% if a custom material or color) over or under a bill accordingly. If exact quantity is requested in advance, an underrun may result.
Quotes
Quotes include all duties, fees, and palletizing of freight to 90302 unless othersise specified. Validity period 45 days (3 days on items with flash memory) unless otherwise specified.
Payment Terms
Our standard payment term is 30% deposit and balance due prior to shipping from Los Angeles for our first two orders, after which we can evaluate credit and discuss extending terms. We do not accept credit cards, payment can be made by company check or bank transfer.

Rush Orders
Rush charges are synonymous with air freight charges. They are product specific and depend on weight and volume not all products can be shipped via air. Rush charges do not include freight to door unless otherwise specified.
Claims
Damage to freight should be indicated upon receipt and noted on the BL. Any count discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours.
Cancelations
The customer is responsible for all materials, labor, or other expenses used from order date to written cancelation.
Purchase Order Acknowledgement
In order to confirm all details of often large and involved orders, we ask you to carefully review and sign an order acknowledgement, our average order size with you is large and your time to take this extra step is appreciated.
Disclaimer
We cannot be held responsible for delays due to situations beyond our reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to: natural disasters, labor strikes, congestion at ports of entry and origin, US Customs (Department of Homeland Security) exams or delays, or other acts of God.
We are not resposible for storage of merchandise in unreasonable conditions; PPNW Bags should not be stored in conditions above 100 degrees Farenheit or extreme humidity.
Due to manufacturing tolerances, all product dimensions have acceptable variations of 1/4". Some Variation may also be present in colors from one batch to another and custom color materials may not be an exact color match.
